  1. How long is shipping?  
    All US orders take 7-10 business days for processing and shipping not including your order date. International orders take 6-18 business days for shipping and processing.  Express shipping is not available at the moment, standard shipping only. (Business days do not include weekends or holidays)
  2. Can I get a refund?  Refunds are not issued.
  3. What is your return policy? Items can only be returned if it is an exchange. Swimwear and accessories are non-refundable.
  4. Can I exchange my item?
    An item can be exchange only if it has not been worn, damaged or defected and you must email styledbymeecia@gmail.com within 72 hours of your delivery.
  5. I never received my item. 
    We are not responsible for any lost/stolen items that have already been confirmed “delivered” to your address by your carrier. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier and/or your bank to receive compensation for your lost or stolen package

  7.  Do you ship internationally? Yes international shipping is an option. Please be aware that international shipments may experience extra fees. Currently not shipping to Russia or the Ukraine.
  8. Do you ship to PO boxes? Yes we do just make sure the address is valid.
  9. What is your shipping process? Once your item has shipped you will receive an email including your tracking number. If for any reason your item is delayed, currently not in stock or additional information is needed for Fraud verification you will be contacted via email.
  10. What is your exchange process? Please contact us at styledbymeecia@gmail.com to inform us of your exchange and the size you would like to exchange for. You must ship your order to the shipping address on your original shipping label. Once it is received and reviewed to ensure it has not been worn, damaged or defected your new order will begin to process. All customers must pay for their own return fees.
